3. Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on any income earned from UGC. You must submit self-reported income tax returns to the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland. 4. Data Protection

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon creation and submission of any video content ("Content") to UGC, you agree to assign all your rights, title, and interest in the Content to the client commissioning the video. The client may use the Content indefinitely for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising. This assignment includes all forms of media and distribution channels now known or later developed.
6. Content Usage
You acknowledge that any Content created for our clients may be used by these clients for advertising purposes. The client, as the commissioner of the Content, holds the right to use the Content in this manner without further compensation to you.
7. Autonomy in Content Creation
You retain full autonomy to accept or reject any proposed video brief provided by UGC. Your decision to accept or reject a brief will not affect your standing as a content creator with UGC.
8. Compensation
Unless otherwise specified in a video brief, the pay for each video you create and deliver in accordance with the brief's requirements will be €35.
9. Termination of Account
At your request, UGC can deactivate or permanently remove your creator account from our system. To request account removal, you must contact UGC through the designated channel provided on our platform.
